All abilities are welcomed in our yoga sessions which work on several levels. Iyengar yoga consists of a series of postures, tailored to different levels of fitness.

There will be a relaxing morning yoga class each day with opportunities and facilities for additional practice if you wish.

Poses (asanas) are held for a few minutes to stretch out aches and stiffness, align joints, calm the nervous system, tone muscles, build stamina and develop emotional and physical strength. All which lead to deep relaxation. Karen’s patient and calm approach will soon increase your flexibility and confidence to try more advanced poses.

“Great week! Yoga, what a surprise. I really enjoyed the challenge of lifting my spine. Now thinking of joining a class when I return home- what joy! Loved it”
